Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by AP Credit Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

AP Credit Consulting LLC provides credit repair and credit restoration consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Analysis of your credit reports from all three major bureaus (Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian)
• Identification and disputing of inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative items
• Written disputes submitted to credit bureaus and/or original creditors on your behalf
• Ongoing monitoring and client communication throughout the dispute process
• Credit strategy guidance and educational resources

We do not guarantee removal of any specific item from your credit report. We dispute items that appear to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated — final decisions regarding the outcome of disputes rest with the credit bureaus and creditors.

No Guarantees

Credit repair results are not guaranteed. Results vary significantly based on individual circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The nature and age of negative items on your credit report
• Your cooperation and responsiveness throughout the process
• The responses of credit bureaus and creditors to submitted disputes
• Your ongoing financial behavior during and after services
• Applicable federal and state laws and regulations

While many of our clients have seen significant improvements in their credit scores, no specific point increase or item removal is promised or guaranteed. Any examples of client results shared on our website or in marketing materials are real client outcomes and are not representative of typical results.

It is also important to understand that you have the right to dispute inaccurate items on your credit report yourself, free of charge, directly through the credit bureaus. Our services provide professional assistance and expertise in this process, but you are not required to hire a credit repair company to exercise your rights.

Your Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

Under the CROA and applicable federal law, the following rights apply to you:

• Right to Cancel: You may cancel your agreement with AP Credit Consulting LLC, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days of signing your service agreement. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@apcreditconsulting.com.
• Right to a Written Contract: You are entitled to a written contract that specifies the services to be performed, the timeline, the total cost, and the terms and conditions of payment.
• Right to Dispute Information Yourself: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
• Protection Against False Claims: We may not make any false or misleading statements about your credit history to any credit bureau or creditor.
• No Charging Before Services Are Fully Performed: Under CROA, a credit repair organization cannot charge or receive payment for services until those services have been fully performed. We structure our pricing in accordance with applicable law.

A full copy of your "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" disclosure will be provided to you before you sign any service agreement.

Your Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about yourself and your credit situation
• Not provide false information to any credit bureau, creditor, or to AP Credit Consulting LLC
• Cooperate in a timely manner by providing requested documents, responses, and information
• Not engage in any activity that could constitute fraud or misrepresentation in connection with the services
• Refrain from opening new lines of credit, making large purchases on credit, or taking actions that could negatively affect your credit profile without first consulting with our team
• Not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any proprietary materials, templates, dispute letters, or educational content provided by AP Credit Consulting LLC without express written permission

Failure to fulfill your obligations may delay or negatively impact your results, and may result in termination of services without refund.

Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website, booking form, or any intake form, you expressly consent to receive:

• SMS text messages regarding your account, service updates, appointment reminders, and follow-ups from AP Credit Consulting LLC
• Email communications regarding your account, educational content, and marketing materials
• Phone calls related to your inquiry or service

We will not sell your contact information to third parties for marketing purposes. All communications are related to the services you have inquired about or enrolled in. Your consent to receive marketing communications is optional and you may withdraw it at any time without affecting your service agreement.

Payments & Refunds

AP Credit Consulting LLC offers one-time payment service packages. By completing payment, you agree to the following:

• One-Time Payment: Our plans are offered as one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions or monthly fees unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
• Access: Upon successful payment and completion of your client intake, you will receive access to your assigned service package and our team will begin the onboarding process.
• Cancellation Window: Consistent with your rights under CROA, you may cancel your service agreement within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@apcreditconsulting.com.
• Refunds After Commencement: After the three (3) business day cancellation period and once active work has begun on your account, payments are non-refundable, as services will have been rendered. Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of AP Credit Consulting LLC management.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to pursue all available legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the AP Credit Consulting LLC website and provided through our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, dispute letter templates, educational guides, videos, and training materials — is the exclusive property of AP Credit Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials provided through your purchased service plan solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any proprietary materials without written permission
• Use any materials to create competing services or products
• Share login credentials or service access with any third party
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies from any materials

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services and civil or criminal legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AP Credit Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
• Any loss of income, profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from credit repair outcomes
• Decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, or lenders in response to disputes
• Delays caused by third parties, including credit bureaus, in responding to dispute letters
• Any damage resulting from your failure to provide accurate and complete information

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AP Credit Consulting LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or access our website. By purchasing any service or submitting any form on our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under the age of 18.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and applicable state law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law before any court action is pursued.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Changes to These Terms

AP Credit Consulting LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
